• A percentage of the total project cost may be required upfront before work commences (as outlined in our project proposal).
• Final payment must be made upon project completion before the website is handed over or made live.
• Webpearing reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made on time.

6. Revisions and Changes

• Webpearing allows a limited number of revisions based on the project package chosen. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur additional costs.
• Any major changes or additional features not agreed upon in the initial scope of work will be charged separately.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the website, design, and content created by Webpearing will be transferred to the client.
• Any third-party tools, plugins, or licensed content integrated into the website remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are subject to their licensing agreements.

8. Termination of Services

• Webpearing reserves the right to terminate services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of termination, any work completed up to the termination date will be billed to the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Webpearing will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations, be error-free, or available at all times.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

• Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites.
• We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge and agree that access to such tools is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.
